If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.

We may contact you to verify order details, particularly for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices and applicable charges will be displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law and without affecting confirmed orders except where correction or cancellation is legally permitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the order total before completing checkout.

We offer the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers, whose terms and privacy practices may also apply.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable COD fee and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order where permitted by law. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India, subject to applicable delivery serviceability.

Our standard shipping charge is ₹99 per order. Cash on Delivery orders incur an additional fee of ₹20, making the total shipping-related charges for COD orders ₹119 per order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, product availability, order processing and logistical circumstances. Any estimated delivery timeline is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our applicable policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
