We offer shipping across India, subject to courier serviceability at the delivery address provided during checkout. Orders to certain locations may be subject to additional serviceability restrictions.

2. Shipping Charges

The following shipping charges apply to orders placed on our website:

• Standard Shipping: ₹99 per order.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: An additional ₹20 per order for COD orders.

• Total Shipping Charges for COD Orders: ₹119 per order.

For prepaid orders, the standard shipping charge of ₹99 per order applies.

Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after successful order placement and any necessary verification. Processing may take additional time during holidays, promotional periods or due to unforeseen operational circumstances.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, serviceability and other logistical factors. Any estimated delivery date displayed during checkout or communicated separately is indicative and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your order reaches you as promptly as possible.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking facilities are available, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided at checkout, such as your registered mobile number, email address or other available communication channels.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after an order has been dispatched. If you experience a delay in receiving tracking information or need assistance with your shipment, please contact our customer support team.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be considered based on the current status of the order. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation before delivery.
